Policies

Please note when taking classes or purchasing packages from the BeMotion studio the following policies are in place:

1) All clients must fill out a PAR-Q form before participating in a class or private session.

2) Clients under the age of 18 require parent/guardian consent before participating

3) Out of respect for other class participants and your safety, please arrive on time for group classes.

4) Unless otherwise stated, Reformer classes are 45 minutes and Mat classes and Private sessions are 50 minutes in length

5) Please inform your instructor if you have any injuries, past or present, that could impact your ability to safely participate in a class. Please also inform your instructor if you are pregnant.

6) Please kindly give 24 hours notice for cancellations or changes. Cancellations made within the24 hour period may be subject to full charge or taken from packages.

7) If at any point the instructors at BeMotion feel that the classes or services offered are not suitable for any reason, we reserve the right to cancel registration and refund unused sessions.
